Pedestrian Incidents Result in Multiple Fatalities

Multiple pedestrian crashes occurred across the United States, resulting in fatalities and critical injuries. In Killingly, CT, 39-year-old William Perry was struck and killed by a vehicle while crossing against the traffic signal. A pedestrian was also killed in Kentwood, MI, with the driver cooperating with police. Another fatality was reported on University Drive in Huntsville, AL, where the victim did not use the crosswalk. In San Antonio, TX, a woman was critically injured by a suspected drunk driver. Lastly, a 21-year-old man died in a high-speed crash on Interstate 5 in Merced County, CA.
