Neighborhood Watch Trailer Released, New Details Emerge
The film 'Neighborhood Watch' features Jeffrey Dean Morgan and Jack Quaid as they team up to solve a mysterious abduction, showcasing their strong on-screen chemistry previously unseen in 'The Boys'. Directed by Duncan Skiles, the movie follows Simon, played by Quaid, a mentally ill young man who believes he has witnessed an abduction, and Ed, portrayed by Morgan, his retired security guard neighbor. When the police dismiss Simon's claims, the duo embarks on a mission to uncover the truth, revealing dark secrets along the way. The movie, shot in just three weeks with a small crew and no budget, is set to release in theaters and on VOD on April 25 via RLJE Films. Malin Akerman co-stars as Simon’s mother, reuniting with Morgan from their time on 'Watchmen'. The script, originally titled 'Nowhere Men', was written by Sean Farley and has been praised for the unique relationship between the characters Simon and Ed.
