Malaysia's King Sultan Ibrahim Returns After Treatment Abroad

Sultan Ibrahim, the King of Malaysia, has returned home after undergoing conservative treatment for musculoskeletal pain related to his active lifestyle and military training. His private jet landed at the Royal Malaysian Air Force base in Subang early on February 22, where he was welcomed by palace officials. Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim confirmed the King's health has improved significantly following the treatment, which began during his medical trip abroad on February 7. Sultan Ibrahim expressed gratitude to the public for their prayers and support during his recovery. Further medical care may be considered if necessary, but his initial treatment has been deemed effective. Discussions regarding the appointment of Malaysia's new Ambassador to the United States were also presented to the King during this period.
