Multiple Nonfatal Shootings Injure Victims in Louisville Wyandotte Neighborhood

Two separate shootings occurred in Louisville's Wyandotte neighborhood over the weekend. Early Monday morning, a 14-year-old boy was found with a gunshot wound on Beecher Street and was transported to University Hospital with non-life threatening injuries; all parties involved were accounted for, and police are investigating the circumstances. On Saturday night, police responded to a shooting in the 700 block of Dresden Avenue, where an adult male was found with multiple gunshot wounds and hospitalized with non-life threatening injuries. In both incidents, Louisville Metro Police rendered first aid and stated that all parties are accounted for, with ongoing investigations into both cases.
