The exposed data, reportedly available for sale on the hacking site BreachForums for approximately $10,000, has raised serious concerns about the country's cybersecurity measures, especially following a series of cyber-attacks in recent months. Cybersecurity expert Teguh Aprianto highlighted the breach by sharing screenshots of the sensitive information on social media. Jokowi acknowledged the global nature of data breaches and urged relevant ministries to take prompt action. The incident follows a ransomware attack in June that disrupted government services, prompting an audit of cybersecurity protocols.
