Travis Hunter Named Heisman Finalist, All-America Honors

Travis Hunter from Colorado Buffaloes is a Heisman Trophy finalist, marking a significant achievement as he also broke CU's single-season touchdown record and was named Big 12 Defensive Player of the Year. University of Cincinnati's Luke Kandra earned a spot on Sports Illustrated's All-America Second Team and was recognized as an All-American honorable mention by College Football Network, reflecting his outstanding performance as the Big 12's top-rated right guard. Dillon Gabriel and Ajani Cornelius of Oregon were also named second team All-Americans by the AFCA, with Gabriel setting NCAA records in touchdowns and total yards. Ohio State's Seth McLaughlin and Caleb Downs received first-team All-American honors from the Walter Camp Football Foundation, with Jeremiah Smith earning a second-team spot.
