Binny Bansal's 3STATE Ventures Invests $20M in AI E-Commerce Startup ShopOS

ShopOS, a Bengaluru-based AI-driven e-commerce startup founded by Sai Krishna V K and Ajay P V, has raised $20 million in a seed funding round led by 3STATE Ventures, an investment firm founded by Flipkart co-founder Binny Bansal. The platform serves as an AI-based operating system designed to help brands automate content creation, marketing, personalization, and manage online stores efficiently, with a focus on cross-border commerce and hyper-personalization. ShopOS aims to scale its product development, expand its engineering and product teams, and onboard brand partners globally, especially in India, Europe, and the UAE. The founders, who previously co-founded and sold Scapic to Flipkart, emphasize building from India for the global market and leveraging AI to solve core challenges in digital commerce growth. Binny Bansal highlighted the immense potential of AI systems to empower brands and expressed strong confidence in ShopOS's vision and team. Early adopters from multiple regions have already joined the platform, which is positioned as the future commerce stack with AI at its core.
