Teen Victim Named in Riverside Hit-and-Run

Isaac Blackhorse Garcia, a 19-year-old from Moreno Valley, has been arrested and charged with murder, hit-and-run resulting in death, and unlawful sex with a minor following a tragic incident in Riverside, California. On February 2, Garcia allegedly struck and killed 16-year-old Kaylie Corona, a pregnant teenager, after she confronted him about a sexual relationship with her 15-year-old sister. The incident occurred late at night in the University neighborhood, where Garcia drove away rapidly after being approached by family members, hitting Corona in the process. Corona succumbed to her injuries at the hospital, but her baby was delivered and remains in critical condition. Police suspect Garcia may have abused other minors and are encouraging potential victims to come forward. Garcia is being held without bail at the Robert Presley Detention Center.
