Munster Rugby and the IRFU have confirmed that centre Bryan Fitzgerald has signed a three-month contract extension after initially joining on a trial basis. In his time with Munster, Fitzgerald has made four appearances, scoring his first try against Zebre and demonstrating strong performances against the Ospreys. The 25-year-old, who previously excelled with Garryowen, contributed significantly to his club's promotion to Division 1A last season and has also represented the Ireland Club team. Despite not traveling with Munster to South Africa recently, he resumed his co-captaincy role at Garryowen.
