Despite resurfaced photos showing DiCaprio at Diddy’s parties in the late 1990s and early 2000s, sources close to the actor assert he has not been in contact with Diddy for years and did not participate in the 'freak offs' described in the indictment. Diddy, who is currently in jail awaiting trial, is accused of coercing women into elaborate sex acts and distributing drugs to control them. Other celebrities, such as Damon Dash, also claimed to have no involvement in Diddy's controversial parties. The entertainment industry has largely remained silent on the case.
