However, only 6% of business leaders have fully implemented sustainability initiatives, highlighting a skills gap in the workforce. A Carrier survey indicates that 54% of C-suite leaders plan to increase investments in sustainability regardless of potential changes to the Inflation Reduction Act. Additionally, tools like 'My Sustainability Score' are being utilized to engage employees in sustainable practices. As businesses strive for greener operations, effective employee involvement and education remain crucial for achieving sustainability goals.
