Two Men Charged in Disappearance of Endangered Utah Teen

Fifteen-year-old Alisa Petrov has been missing since April 21 after leaving her school in American Fork, Utah. Authorities have charged two men, Matthew Nicholas Menard of Miami, Florida, and William Taylor Glines of Texas City, Texas, with multiple offenses including aggravated sexual exploitation of a minor, enticement, and criminal solicitation related to her disappearance. Police allege both men communicated with Petrov via social media for months, engaging in sexually explicit conversations and requesting explicit images despite knowing her age. Petrov was last seen boarding a Utah Transit Authority train and reportedly sought help from others to travel to Las Vegas. Law enforcement is continuing their search and urges anyone with information to contact the Salt Lake Valley Emergency Communications Center.
