BSO Searches Knife-Wielding Woman Threatening Pompano Beach Restaurant Worker

A woman displaying erratic behavior threatened employees with a knife at a Snappers restaurant in Pompano Beach on May 14, shortly before closing time. Initially claiming to pick up an Uber order that did not exist, she used the restroom, touched patrons' food, and wiped down a counter before becoming agitated when asked to leave. Surveillance footage shows her pulling a knife from her hoodie, confronting an employee, and demanding the door be opened as staff had locked it for safety. The frightened employee complied, and the woman left without injuring anyone. The Broward Sheriff’s Office has released video of the incident and is seeking the public’s help to identify the suspect, offering a reward of up to $5,000 for information leading to her arrest.
