Thrive AI Health aims to leverage AI to democratize access to health coaching, addressing chronic diseases and health inequities by using scientific data and user biometrics. Partnerships with leading institutions like Stanford Medicine and the Rockefeller Neuroscience Institute will support the development of the AI coach. The AI health coach will offer real-time health recommendations and behavioral nudges to improve users' health spans and lifespans.
