While CBS and FOX aired full performances of their halftime shows, NBC chose to air a feature on Dolphins fullback Alec Ingold instead of Stirling's act, leaving fans disappointed. Social media was ablaze with criticism, as many fans expressed their dissatisfaction and compared NBC's coverage unfavorably to its competitors. Those in attendance at Lambeau Field praised Stirling's show, but viewers at home felt let down by NBC's decision. This isn't the first time NBC has limited its broadcast of a Thanksgiving halftime show, having done the same with Steve Aoki's performance in 2023. Neither NBC nor Stirling has commented on the situation.
