Boulder Seeks Rollerblader With Hockey Stick

Boulder police are searching for a suspect who allegedly assaulted a bicyclist with a hockey stick while on rollerblades near 27th Way and Baseline Road just after 7 p.m. on Thursday. The victim told officers the attacker approached from behind, verbally abused him and struck him with the hockey stick; he was not seriously injured and refused medical treatment. The suspect is described as a white male, medium-to-tall height with a slender build, wearing all black and a black ski mask, skating with a hockey stick and carrying a green Gatorade bottle with an orange top in his back right pants pocket. Officers from Boulder and CU police searched the area after the 911 call but did not locate the suspect; police released images and are asking the public to call Boulder Police Detectives at 303-4471-1974 and reference case #25-10213 with any information.
