SUV Crashes into Pool, Narrowly Missing Swimmers in Monson Massachusetts

On Sunday afternoon at the Sunsetview Farm Camping Area in Monson, Massachusetts, a driver accidentally crashed an SUV through a fence and into a swimming pool where several people were swimming. The vehicle narrowly missed the swimmers, and no injuries were reported. First responders, including off-duty firefighters from neighboring towns, helped evacuate people from the 33 x 50-foot pool and secured the area before local fire crews arrived. Photos from the scene showed the red SUV mostly submerged in the pool, with efforts underway to remove it using a crane.
