Corey LaJoie Returns to Spire Motorsports for Nine NASCAR Truck Races
Corey LaJoie will drive the No. 07 Chevrolet Silverado for Spire Motorsports in nine NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series races during the latter part of the 2025 season, starting with the race at Michigan International Speedway. LaJoie, who raced full-time for Spire in the NASCAR Cup Series from 2021 through 2024, aims to help the team secure a spot in the owner’s playoffs and ultimately win the Truck Series owner’s championship. The No. 07 truck has already earned a victory this year with Kyle Larson at Homestead, and LaJoie's experience and early contributions to Spire make him a strong candidate to lead the team in the Truck Series. With limited Truck Series starts in his career, LaJoie looks forward to gaining consistency in the seat and chasing wins across key tracks including Richmond, Darlington, Bristol, and Talladega. Spire Motorsports co-owner Jeff Dickerson emphasized that LaJoie was the ideal choice to help the team contend for its first Truck Series championship, highlighting his longstanding relationship with the organization. LaJoie has also competed in a limited number of Cup races this year with Rick Ware Racing but will focus on the Truck Series races with Spire for the rest of the season.
