U.S. Communities Launch Winter Clothing Drives

Communities across the U.S. are actively engaging in coat and clothing drives to support those in need during the colder months. In Kentucky, the Shepherd’s House Recovery Community Center is collecting warm clothing donations to aid local residents, particularly focusing on providing men's clothing and winter boots. Similarly, the St Agnes Knights of Columbus is distributing 240 new coats to various local institutions as part of their annual 'Coats Campaign.' In Cleveland, the 'Coats for Kids' program aims to distribute 100,000 coats this winter, benefiting from partnerships with local businesses and nonprofits. The Wallkill East Rotary's coat giveaway in Middletown provided much-needed support to families, including those facing financial difficulties. Additionally, Anderson County School District Five in South Carolina is hosting a blanket and coat drive, addressing the needs of over 200 students experiencing homelessness.
