Steelers Finalize Practice Squad Additions

The Pittsburgh Steelers have re-signed several players to their practice squad, including cornerbacks Thomas Graham, Jr. and Anthony Averett, along with running back Jonathan Ward. Thomas Graham, Jr., who missed the 2023 season due to injury, will provide depth at the slot cornerback position. Anthony Averett, a former Ravens player, returns after recovering from a hamstring injury, bringing versatility to the secondary. Jonathan Ward, who also dealt with a hamstring injury, earned his spot with impressive preseason play, adding depth to the running back position along with Boston Scott. The Steelers have filled half of their 16 practice squad slots and will resume practice to prepare for the season.
