Chelsea O'Donnell Back in Custody After Deal Violation

Chelsea O'Donnell, daughter of comedian Rosie O'Donnell, has been returned to custody after violating a court-mandated 28-day treatment program. An arrest warrant was issued for her on December 16 when she failed to appear for a scheduled court hearing, breaching a 'furlough order' that allowed her to leave jail for treatment. Chelsea, who has been arrested four times in three months, had previously been granted a temporary release to seek help for her drug addiction but did not comply with the terms. Authorities discovered a disturbing scene in her home during her initial arrest in September, including methamphetamine and unsafe living conditions for her 11-month-old son, Atlas. As of now, her bond of $7,500 has been revoked, and she remains incarcerated at the Marinette County Sheriff's Office.
