Zac Efron, Phoebe Dynevor Star in 'Famous'

Phoebe Dynevor has joined Zac Efron in the cast of the upcoming celebrity thriller, Famous, directed by Jody Hill and based on Blake Crouch's acclaimed novel. Efron will portray dual roles: an obsessive fan named Lance Dunkquist and a Hollywood icon named James Jansen, with the plot delving into the dark side of celebrity culture. The film, which A24 will distribute domestically, explores themes of identity and obsession as Dunkquist seeks fame, leveraging his uncanny resemblance to Jansen. Dynevor, known for her breakout role in Bridgerton, adds star power alongside Efron, who recently received critical acclaim for his performance in The Iron Claw.
