Ukraine's Largest Drone Assault Targets Moscow

Ukraine launched its largest drone assault on Moscow and other Russian regions, killing one woman and injuring several others, while damaging residential buildings and forcing the diversion of around 50 flights from three major Moscow airports. Russian authorities claimed to have shot down 144 drones, including 20 over Moscow. This escalation marks a significant shift in Ukraine's strategy to bring the conflict deep into Russian territory, targeting civilian areas and infrastructure. Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov condemned the attacks, asserting they underscore the hostile nature of Ukraine's leadership.
