Reacher Star Alan Ritchson Plans Wilderness Survival Series

Alan Ritchson, known for his role as Jack Reacher, is branching out from scripted TV to host and executive produce a new survival competition reality series called Predator vs. Prey. The show features 15 veteran survivalists from popular reality shows like Alone, Naked & Afraid, Outlast, and Survivor, competing in a 21-day game of hide-and-seek over 25 square miles of wilderness. Contestants are divided into two teams: Predators, who can earn up to $500,000 by capturing Prey, and Prey, who earn money by evading capture. Each episode introduces new challenges designed to force Prey out of hiding, adding twists to the competition. Developed in partnership with Bunim/Murray Productions and co-created with Gayani Wanigaratne, the series aims to bring authenticity and excitement to the survival genre, with Ritchson actively involved in the game's evolution and even parachuting into the wilderness to engage with contestants. This project complements Ritchson's ongoing success with Reacher, highlighting his passion for survival and adventure content.
