11x, an AI startup focused on automating sales processes, has raised $50 million in Series B funding led by Andreessen Horowitz, following a previous $24 million Series A. The company aims to replace traditional software tools with fully autonomous digital workers, named Alice and Jordan, that can manage sales workflows and customer engagement with superhuman efficiency. Alice is an AI sales development representative that generates leads with a threefold higher response rate than humans, while Jordan is a multilingual phone agent capable of handling calls in over 30 languages. With this new funding, 11x plans to expand operations and develop more AI agents, continuing its mission to transform how sales teams operate. The company has already doubled its workforce and acquired Opkit to enhance its AI capabilities. CEO Hasan Sukkar emphasizes that their approach is about delivering outcomes rather than just software, indicating a significant shift in the sales automation landscape.
