The new boxing biopic, 'The Fire Inside', which premiered at the Toronto International Film Festival, tells the inspiring true story of Claressa Shields, portrayed by Ryan Destiny. Directed by Oscar-nominated Rachel Morrison, the film showcases Shields' journey from Flint, Michigan, to becoming the first American woman to win an Olympic gold medal in boxing. Written and produced by Barry Jenkins, the film features a cast that includes Brian Tyree Henry as Shields' coach. Originally titled 'Flint Strong', it will be released in theaters on Christmas Day.
