The Witcher: Sirens of the Deep Set for February 2025

Netflix has announced that its animated film The Witcher: Sirens of the Deep will premiere on February 11, 2025, delayed from an expected late 2024 release. The film, directed by Kang Hei Chul and animated by Studio Mir, is based on Andrzej Sapkowski's short story A Little Sacrifice and features Doug Cockle reprising his role as Geralt of Rivia from the video games. In the story, Geralt investigates mysterious attacks in a seaside village, becoming embroiled in a longstanding conflict between humans and merpeople, while also navigating his complicated past with Yennefer. A promotional clip showcases humorous interactions between Geralt and Jaskier, voiced by Joey Batey, hinting at a blend of action and character-driven moments. The film will run for 1 hour and 29 minutes and aims to deepen the lore of the Witcher universe.
