India, Pakistan Set for Historic Asia Cup Final

India and Pakistan will meet in the Asia Cup 2025 final in Dubai on Sept. 28 — the third meeting between the sides in this edition and the first Indo‑Pak Asia Cup final in 41 years. India enter unbeaten with six straight wins and are favourites after beating Pakistan twice earlier in the tournament, while Pakistan arrive seeking redemption. India sealed their place with a tense Super Over victory over Sri Lanka, in which Arshdeep Singh conceded two runs and took two wickets and captain Suryakumar Yadav struck the winning run. Tournament standout Abhishek Sharma leads the run charts with three fifties, and Pakistan pace spearhead Shaheen Afridi is highlighted as a key matchup. India face selection and fitness questions ahead of the final, with Hardik Pandya carrying a thigh/hamstring niggle, Jasprit Bumrah and Shivam Dube expected back, and calls (including from R.
