Multiple Hit-and-Run Incidents Kill At Least Five, Injure Several in California and Arizona

Similarly, in Santa Monica, a hit-and-run on Wilshire Boulevard resulted in two deaths and two injuries, with the suspect described as a Black man wearing a red hat and black clothing, who remains at large. Authorities in all cases are continuing investigations and appealing to the public for assistance in identifying and locating the drivers responsible.
