NYU Stern Abu Dhabi Launches Executive MBA for MENA Leaders

The Stern School of Business at NYU Abu Dhabi has launched its first Executive MBA (EMBA) program, the first offered by a top-ranked U.S. business school in the MENA region, designed for experienced professionals to pursue advanced leadership education while continuing their careers. The 23-month part-time program combines the academic rigor of NYU Stern’s established EMBA curriculum with regional contextualization and features global residencies in New York City and Shanghai to provide international business exposure. Graduates will receive an accredited MBA degree jointly conferred by NYU Stern and NYU Abu Dhabi and join a global alumni network of over 114,000 professionals. The program aims to equip leaders with practical skills and strategic insights relevant to the booming and diversifying Middle Eastern economy, supporting Abu Dhabi’s role as a hub for knowledge and economic transformation. Interim Vice Chancellor Fabio Piano emphasized that the program strengthens NYU Abu Dhabi’s mission to foster leadership, innovation, and impact regionally and globally. This initiative addresses growing demand for executive education in the region and offers a flexible structure that enables organizations to retain and develop top talent effectively.
