Seth Rollins Confirms Departure from Captain America Film

Seth Rollins has confirmed that he will not appear in the upcoming Marvel film 'Captain America: Brave New World,' set to release on February 14, 2025. Although he filmed scenes for the movie, extensive rewrites and reshoots led to his role being cut entirely. In an interview with Chris Van Vliet, Rollins stated, "I am not in the film ... I don’t want anybody to go to the film thinking, 'Oh, I’m here to see Seth Rollins.'" He auditioned for a potential new role but ultimately the production went in a different direction. Rollins expressed no hard feelings towards Marvel and wished the film success despite his absence. He emphasized the importance of clarifying his status to avoid misleading fans.
