Foxtrot Reopens Chicago Gold Coast Location

Foxtrot Café & Market is reopening its Gold Coast location in Chicago, marking the return of the upscale grocery chain after shutting down all its stores and filing for Chapter 7 bankruptcy in April. The closure affected 33 stores in multiple states and was followed by a merger with Dom's Kitchen & Market, which also closed. The reopened store will feature expanded coffee services, including exclusive blends like The Milk Man Blend and Early Train Espresso, and a reimagined food menu with items such as breakfast tacos, paninis, and salads. Foxtrot plans to reopen more locations in Chicago and Dallas through 2025. Additionally, a federal lawsuit has been filed by former workers against Outfox Hospitality, accusing the company of violating worker protection laws. To celebrate the reopening, the Gold Coast location is offering promotions, including free coffee and discounted drinks.
