Princess Theodora Marries Matthew Kumar in Athens

Princess Theodora of Greece married Hollywood lawyer Matthew Kumar at the Metropolitan Cathedral of Athens, after a four-year delay due to the pandemic and the death of her father, King Constantine II. The ceremony honored Greek culture and was held in the same church where her parents were married in 1964. Theodora's brother, Crown Prince Pavlos, walked her down the aisle, and numerous royal family members and high-society guests attended. The bride wore a dress by Greek designer Celia Kritharioti. A pre-wedding event was hosted at the Byzantine Museum, reflecting the couple's strong ties to Greece and their desire to share Greek culture with their guests.
