Professor Joycelyn Wilson Found Dead, Coach Gary Jones Missing on Lake Oconee

Joycelyn Nicole Wilson, a respected mathematics professor at Spelman College, was found dead on February 9 after an empty boat was discovered on Lake Oconee, Georgia. The Georgia Department of Natural Resources (DNR) reported that Wilson's body was located using sonar equipment after witnesses saw her and Gary Jones, a coach at Westminster Schools, on the boat prior to it being found adrift.
