Give BIG Green Bay raises record $3.5 million for nonprofits

The recent Give BIG Green Bay campaign achieved remarkable success, raising over $3.5 million in just 24 hours, surpassing last year's total by nearly $500,000. A record 5,865 donors contributed to this eighth annual fundraising event, which benefits 50 local nonprofits in Brown County. House of Hope Green Bay topped the donations with $240,956, while all participating nonprofits received funds, bolstered by a matching donation pool of $500,000 from the Packers Foundation and other community donors. New this year, the Mark Murphy Give BIG Green Bay Spirit Award was introduced to honor the Packers president and CEO's legacy. Since its inception in 2018, the initiative has raised over $17 million for local causes. Community leaders expressed gratitude for the strong turnout and ongoing support for local nonprofits.
