Heineken Announces Board Leadership Changes

Heineken NV has announced significant changes to its Supervisory Board, with Peter Wennink set to succeed Jean-Marc Huët as Chair following the AGM in April 2025. Huët, who has served as Chair since 2019 and a board member since 2014, will step down after a successful tenure, while long-serving member Maarten Das will also retire from the board. The board proposes reappointing Nitin Paranjpe as Vice-Chair and Alexander de Carvalho for another four-year term. Charlene de Carvalho-Heineken expressed gratitude towards Das for his more than three-decade commitment to the board. Huët is recognized for fostering a strong relationship between the Supervisory and Executive Boards, contributing to the company's success during his tenure.
