Naturipe and ZB Importing Recall Snacks for Allergens

Naturipe Value Added Fresh LLC has recalled its 'Berry Buddies, Berries & Pancakes' bento box snack packs due to undeclared allergens, wheat and eggs, which pose serious risks for those with allergies. The recall affects 694 cases sold at Kroger and Meijer across 13 states including Michigan, Ohio, and Virginia. The issue arose from a labeling error caused by a production changeover failure, which has been rectified, and no illnesses have been reported. Consumers with allergies are advised to return the products for a refund or dispose of them. Separately, ZB Importing LLC has recalled several varieties of Ülker snack products due to undeclared allergens including wheat, eggs, and milk, after a consumer allergic reaction was reported. These products were distributed across 35 states and Ontario, Canada, with the company implementing stricter labeling controls to prevent future occurrences.
