LIV Golf 2025 Schedule Starts in Riyadh

LIV Golf has announced the first four events of its 2025 schedule, which will take place in Riyadh, Adelaide, Hong Kong, and Singapore between February and March. This marks the first time LIV Golf will start its season in Riyadh, moving from its previous opening location in Mexico. The new schedule strategically coincides with major PGA Tour events, underscoring the ongoing rivalry between the two leagues. Despite ongoing negotiations for a potential merger between the PGA Tour and Saudi Arabia's Public Investment Fund, no imminent deal seems likely. LIV Golf Commissioner Greg Norman described the upcoming season as the most ambitious yet, highlighting the league's global reach and commitment to international events. The PGA Tour, meanwhile, has maintained a largely unchanged international schedule for 2025, focusing on its established tournaments.
