11-Year-Old Shot in Chicago Road Rage

In Chicago's Wicker Park neighborhood, an 11-year-old boy was wounded in the hand during a road rage incident following a minor traffic crash on Friday morning. The incident occurred around 8:27 a.m. on the 1400 block of North Western Avenue. As one driver attempted to exchange information after the collision, the other driver pulled out a gun and fired at the victim's vehicle, hitting the boy, who was a passenger. The boy was taken to Stroger Hospital and is reported to be in good condition. The shooter fled the scene in an unknown direction, and no arrests have been made.
