Track Teams Nationwide Earn All-Region Honors in 2025

The 2025 NCAA Indoor Track and Field Championships showcased outstanding performances from various collegiate athletes. USC's Dajaz DeFrand earned the Women's Track Athlete of the Year title, highlighted by her win in the 60 meter sprint at the NCAA Championships. Washington's Amanda Moll was named the Field Athlete of the Year after setting a new NCAA pole vault record, while Iowa's Pauline Bikembo received the Freshman of the Year award. Emory University's Nikki Boon made history by becoming the first athlete at the DIII level to score over 4,000 points in the indoor pentathlon, leading her team to a top-10 finish. Additionally, both the men's and women's teams from Southern Connecticut received numerous All-Region honors following their successful seasons in the Northeast-10 Conference. Overall, these athletes demonstrated remarkable skill and determination throughout the season.
