U.S. School Bus Incidents Raise Safety Concerns

A series of school bus-related incidents have occurred across the U.S. In Gaston County, a school bus was rear-ended by a pick-up truck, but no injuries were reported. A tragic accident in Montegut, Louisiana, resulted in the death of a seven-year-old boy who was hit by the school bus he had just exited. In Washington County, eight students and a bus driver were injured in a crash, with two students airlifted to a hospital. Additionally, in Northern Kentucky, a bus carrying 18 students ended up in a ditch after being rear-ended; however, no injuries were reported. These incidents highlight ongoing concerns about school bus safety and driver attentiveness on the roads.
