Kluisz.ai, a Bengaluru-based AI-driven cloud startup founded in 2025 by Abhinav Sinha, Vamshidhar Reddy, and Abhijeet Singh, has raised $9.6 million in a seed funding round led by RTP Global, marking one of the largest AI-focused deep tech seed rounds in India this year. The startup is building an AI-native private cloud platform optimized from silicon to software for performance, security, and policy compliance without manual intervention, targeting sectors such as banking, financial services, manufacturing, and edge computing industries. Kluisz.ai's platform allows enterprises to set performance, cost, and compliance goals while the system automates infrastructure deployment and management across hybrid, on-premises, edge, and sovereign cloud environments. The funding will primarily be used to expand the engineering team in Bengaluru, accelerate product development, and support early customer deployments, with a focus on the Indian and Middle Eastern markets. Industry experts highlight Kluisz.ai’s potential to redefine private cloud infrastructure for the AI era by addressing current CIO challenges like limited automation and complex manual processes. The company aims to secure its first customer by the end of 2025 as hybrid cloud adoption accelerates globally, with Gartner projecting that 90% of enterprises will operate workloads in hybrid cloud environments by 2027.
