Centricity Raises $20 Million in Seed Funding

Wealth management startup Centricity has secured $20 million in a seed funding round led by Lightspeed, raising its valuation to $125 million. The funding attracted notable investors including Paramark VC, MS Dhoni's family office, and OYO's Ritesh Agarwal, among others. Founded in 2022, Centricity aims to provide tech-driven solutions for independent financial advisors and external asset managers, focusing on expanding its platforms Invictus and One Digital. The startup plans to double its tech team to 150 specialists, enhancing its capabilities in generative AI, insuretech, and broking tech. Founder Manu Awasthy emphasized the company's commitment to addressing the tech needs of wealth management investors. Centricity has experienced significant growth since its inception, aiming to build India's largest financial distribution company.
