Man Arrested for Murder After Woman Stabbed in Huyton

A woman in her 30s died after being stabbed inside a flat at Knowsley Heights in Huyton, Liverpool, late on Tuesday evening. Police and paramedics attempted to save her life, but she was pronounced dead in hospital. A 34-year-old man from Litherland has been arrested on suspicion of murder and remains in custody for questioning.
