Multiple Chicago, Wisconsin Men Charged in Fatal Shootings

Several recent shootings in the Chicago area have resulted in multiple arrests and charges. In Englewood, a 13-year-old boy was fatally shot inside a home, leading to the arrest of 25-year-old Kemonte Rice, who faces charges including child endangerment causing death and obstruction of justice. A Chicago man, Kenyon White, was charged with attempted murder and aggravated battery after a shooting on the Dan Ryan Expressway left a victim seriously injured. In Rogers Park, Antwon Jackson, a 31-year-old from Madison, Wisconsin, was arrested and charged with first-degree murder in connection with a February shooting that killed 28-year-old Jakobe E. Barker. Jackson also faces felony drug possession charges. Additionally, Cameron Jamison from Madison faces weapons charges following a fatal shooting in Wood River, with police continuing their investigation into the incident.
