The 33rd Team, along with former Vikings GM Rick Spielman, will provide data analysis and vet candidates. Owner Woody Johnson will oversee the process, having previously leveraged former NFL GMs for similar searches. The Jets are aiming to break a 14-season playoff drought, with Tannenbaum having led the team to their last postseason appearance. This marks The 33rd Team's first involvement in an NFL executive search, despite their experience with college coaching searches.
