David Pearce convicted in murders of Christy Giles, Hilda Cabrales

Testimony from a co-defendant indicated that Pearce refused to call for help, allegedly stating, 'Dead girls don’t talk.' The prosecution characterized Pearce as a 'calculating serial rapist,' and he faces a sentence of 128 years to life in prison. Brandt Osborn, another co-defendant, faced a mistrial on accessory charges due to a deadlocked jury.
