Pamela Lee Hupp, a woman whose body was found in Lake Pontchartrain in 1986, has been positively identified after nearly four decades as an unidentified homicide victim known as 'Lake Lady Jane Doe.' The St. Tammany Parish Sheriff's Office confirmed her identity through advanced DNA testing and forensic genetic genealogy, with support from Othram, a Texas-based laboratory. Hupp was 28 years old and pregnant at the time of her death, last residing in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
