UK Invests £12 Million in Quantum Technology Projects

Britannia Industries is embedding sustainability into its growth strategy, focusing on four pillars: Resources, People, Growth, and Governance. CEO Rajneet Kohli stated that the company's commitment is reflected in initiatives like the Nature Shapes Britannia campaign, which incorporates biodegradable materials into advertising and emphasizes water conservation through effective management practices. Britannia has recycled over 5,28,224 kL of water in FY 2023-24, and aims to increase its renewable energy usage from 28% to 57% by FY 2025-26. The company has also achieved 100% plastic neutrality for three consecutive years and is reducing plastic usage through various sustainable packaging initiatives. These efforts underscore Britannia's vision of becoming a Responsible Global Total Foods Company, dedicated to environmental responsibility and efficiency.
