Frederick, Kinston Traffic Stops Seize Over 16 Ounces Cocaine

Two significant cocaine busts occurred during routine traffic stops in July 2025. In Frederick County, Maryland, deputies stopped Donta Shawn Allen for an equipment violation, and after a K9 unit alerted to narcotics, they discovered about 13.58 ounces of suspected cocaine packaged in multiple bags, indicating possible intent to distribute.
